Seasonal Tip

How can you still have a memorable day and "Corona"  is still ever-present and dampening your plans?  Have you considered outdoor venues and outdoor ceremony options?

Mother nature is giving some amazing 'glow-up' vibes from what we were seeing just a few months ago.  Take advantage of the backdrop and take your love outdoors!  Whether micro-mini or a typical size event, you can have an absolutely beautiful and amazing day.  Here are five things to remember and consider as you plan outdoor (spring-summer) events:

  1. Location, Location, Location!

  2. Who/What's most important that has to be a part of your day?

  3. Theme.  Coordinate with nature's backdrop and choose soft (pastels, light colors) or energetic (bright, vibrant) colors.  Your wedding photos will look like a work of art!

  4. Formal/semi-formal doesn't mean it can't be FUN.  Add your personality, quirkiness, and humor to the day's activities.

  5. It's ok to be flexible and "think out of the box" a little and save some coins with outdoor options; FYI - Wedding Peak Season is May-Sept.

  • Venue: $6,000 - $10,000

  • Photographer: $2,500 - $5,000

  • Videographer: $2,800 - $5,000

  • Hair & Make Up: $300 - $500

  • Gown (shoes; w/alterations): $2,500 - $5,000

  • Decor (seasonal-friendly): $2,000 - $5,000

  • Cake/Desserts: $600+

  • Invitations & Save the Dates: $300 - $500

  • Caterer: $7,500 - $10,000

  • Planner/Coordinator: $2,000- $10,000

  • DJ: $800 - $1,000

  • Musician: $300+/each approx.

  • Photobooth: $2,500 approx.

  • Officiant: $300 approx.
